Accomplishments
  • Asset Map Process that identified the current resources in our community. 
  • Youth Research that included youth focus groups, one on one interviews,  provider focus group and data collection. 
  • 501 C3 status approved by IRS (all legal and accounting work done pro bono).
  • Three stipend Youth Leaders were hired in February 2009 at not cost to RFL. 
  • Monthly newsletter – February – June. 
  • Pro Bono Website – provided by J Allan Studios. 
  • RFL website and Social Networking Website created
  • Nine Committees populated with community volunteers, service providers and Youth.

  • Presentations to civic groups, Community Foundation of Tampa Bay’s Leadership Council, AND Conference, community meetings and JWB television show.

  • Journal Project developed and implemented with the funding provided by JWB.
