- 501 C3 status approved by IRS (all legal and accounting work done pro bono).
- Three stipend Youth Leaders were hired in February 2009 at not cost to RFL.
- Monthly newsletter – February – June.
- Pro Bono Website – provided by J Allan Studios.
- RFL website and Social Networking Website created
- Nine Committees populated with community volunteers, service providers and Youth.

- Presentations to civic groups, Community Foundation of Tampa Bay’s Leadership Council, AND Conference, community meetings and JWB television show.
